Neuman Esser

Our office for Neuman Esser is located at Luxmi Narayan Kunj on Mula Road in Kirkee, Pune. We are specifically in A 102, care of Medankar Satish K. It’s a standard apartment-style setup in a part of Pune that has a lot of history. Working from Kirkee means we are away from the super-busy IT parks, which we actually prefer. The space is simple and functional. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for making coffee. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find corporate art on the walls or leather sofas. We’re more focused on the actual tasks we have to finish each day. Sometimes the traffic on Mula Road gets quite loud, especially in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s a much smaller, more personal group. We handle our business matters directly and don't spend time on shiny presentations or mission statements. We just wake up, come to Luxmi Narayan Kunj, and start on whatever is on the agenda. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our day is spent communicating and making sure our records are right. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves here without putting on a show for anyone. It’s just honest work in a quiet corner of Pune, doing what we do every single day.
