Netflex Software Technologies Pvt Ltd Pune is based out of Flat No 2 in the Vastushilp3 building. We’re located at 41 1B, right next to Raj Garden in Jadhav Nagar. This is along Singhgad Road in the Wadgaon Budruk area, Pune 41. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. You won't find any cubicles or fluorescent lights that hum all day. Instead, we have a regular kitchen where we make tea and a balcony where we can step out for some air. Being near Raj Garden is nice because there’s a bit of green nearby. The traffic on Singhgad Road can be a nightmare during peak hours, so we’ve learned to plan our day around it. Inside, the office is just a bunch of desks squeezed into the rooms. It’s a bit messy with cables and papers, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We’re just a small team working together. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. It’s a practical place to work and it fits who we are.
