Neril

Neril is based out of a flat in Mohan Nagar, specifically B5 at S No 35 4. We’re in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a business district, which suits us just fine. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy receptionist. Most of our work happens right here in this apartment. We’ve been operating this way for quite a while now. It's a small team, mostly just a couple of us getting through the daily tasks. We do a mix of things, depending on what our clients need at the time. It could be some data work, some consulting, or just general business help. Because we're in a flat, it feels more personal and less like a cold office. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our laptops. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It’s a real place with real people. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, we just want to do good work and stay busy. People find us mostly through word of mouth. We don’t do much advertising. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it done right. It’s a simple way of living and working, and it’s worked for us so far in Maharashtra. We're happy where we are.
