Navm Business Solutions Llp is our small outfit located in Pune. We are based in Pasalkar Wasti, specifically in the Nandadhan Apartment building. Our office is in Flat No. 4. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks near Hinjewadi. It’s just a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a working space for the team. Pune is a busy city, and getting around can be a real nightmare with the traffic these days, so we are glad to have a spot that feels a bit more grounded and local. We handle various business tasks and paperwork for our clients. It’s an LLP, so there are a couple of us who share the responsibilities. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, probably more than is good for our eyes, but that is the job. The apartment is quiet for the most part, which really helps when we have to concentrate on complicated forms or numbers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra or anything like that. We just want to do our job well and keep our clients happy so they keep coming back to us. Sometimes we have tea breaks on the balcony and watch the traffic go by below. It reminds us why we like having our own small space. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just show up every day, do the work that’s sitting on our desks, and go home when the sun goes down.
