Nath Associates

Our office for Nath Associates is right in the heart of Raviwar Peth at 968 Laxmi Road. It is one of those places that has been around forever. You can hear the sounds of the market from our windows all day long. We mostly handle things related to property, consulting, and general paperwork that people need help with. It’s a lot of reading and writing and making sure all the stamps are in the right places. We don't have a modern glass office; it’s more of a traditional setup where everything has its own spot. Some days are very slow and we just sit and talk, and other days there is a line of people waiting out the door. We don't really do any advertising. People just know we are here because their fathers or grandfathers came to us years ago. We try to be helpful without making things more complicated than they need to be. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to take their time. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on Laxmi Road, but we just stay put. It’s a comfortable routine for us. We handle the files, talk to the clients, and try to make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s just an honest living and we are glad to be part of this old neighborhood.
