We are based over at Parvati 2nd Cross 1. This construction business keeps us on our toes every single day. There’s usually a lot of dust around because of the materials we keep in the back. The yard isn't huge, so we have to be careful how we stack the bags of cement and the bricks. It’s a hands-on kind of life. My boots are usually covered in mud or sand by noon. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now. The neighbors at Parvati 2nd Cross know us well because of the trucks coming in. It can get a bit cramped in the lane sometimes. We try to keep the noise down, but construction isn't a quiet job. We have our tools, our plans, and a small desk where we try to sort out the bills. It’s not a polished office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place where work happens. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we put a bucket under it and keep going. Most of our day is spent out on sites, but this is where we return to get things ready for the next morning. It’s a lot of physical work and constant coordination. We don’t have a big marketing budget, we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here and people see us working. There's always something to fix or build.
