We are located at Pimpri G I D C Industry Estate on Pirana Road, specifically at number 159. It is a busy industrial area where there is always something going on. We have been working from this spot for a long time now. The morning usually starts with the sound of the shutters going up and the machines getting warmed up. It is quite dusty around here because of all the factories, but we have gotten used to it. Our unit is not very big, just enough space for our equipment and a small area to sit. We spend most of our hours making sure the production stays on track. There is no air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets pretty hot during the summer months. We just keep the fans running and carry on. The roads around Pimpri are often blocked with trucks, which makes getting supplies a bit of a wait sometimes. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People who need us usually know exactly where to find us on Pirana Road. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they know the routine by heart. We take our lunch breaks together in the small back room. It is just a regular factory life for us. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure we don't fall behind on the orders we have. It is loud and can be stressful, but that is how it goes.
