Nakshi Agro Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Nakshi Agro Exports Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Prakhar Apartment in Lane No. 1 of Mahatma Society in Pune. It is more of a quiet, residential setting than a loud business district, which suits us just fine. We work out of an apartment space, so it feels a bit more like a home than a corporate office. There are always sacks of grain samples or jars of seeds sitting on the tables. We spend most of our time talking to farmers and agents over the phone to coordinate the agro exports. Pune is a great place to be because we are close to the farming regions but still in the city for the banking and paperwork stuff. We aren't the type of company to have a big polished lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, you’ll just find one of us drinking tea and looking over a spreadsheet. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak harvest months, and we might have files piled up on every available surface, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just try to get the produce from the fields to the customers without any unnecessary delays. It is a small team and we have worked together for a long time now. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get to meetings, but we manage. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living.
