Our office is over in the Krishna Keval Township, specifically in Building B-3/8. If you know Kondwa Main Road, you know it gets backed up pretty bad in the afternoons, especially near the main intersection. We're tucked away in there, away from the worst of the noise. It’s a bit different from being in a big commercial hub, since it's more of a residential-feeling area, but it's quiet enough for us to get our work done without too many distractions. Kartikeyan Agri Export Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this spot for some time now. It's not a huge space by any means, just enough room for the computers, some filing cabinets, and a sturdy table where we sit down to talk things through. Sometimes we have to step out onto the road to grab some hot tea from the corner stall because the office kettle is broken again and nobody has fixed it. The signage outside isn't very big, so people sometimes drive right past us on their first visit. We do a lot of phone calls and emails from here. Dealing with exports means the timing is always a bit off with other countries, so someone is usually hanging around the office late into the evening. It’s just how it goes in this business. The building itself is okay, nothing special to look at, but it keeps the rain off and the sun out. We keep things simple. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or paintings. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure they're right.
