You can find Aarvik Agro Traders Llp down on the lower ground floor of Jewel Square in Pune. We are in Shop LG 8, which is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way because it stays a little cooler during the Pune summers. Being on Koregaon Road means there is always traffic and people moving around, but inside the mall, it’s a bit different. We handle a lot of trading for agricultural goods. Most people think of Pune as just a big city with IT companies, but there is still so much agro work happening. Our shop isn't a retail store where you walk in to buy a bag of snacks. It's more of a place where we sit and talk to suppliers and handle the logistics of moving goods. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a lot of files. The lighting in the lower ground floor is all artificial, so sometimes we lose track of time until we see people heading home. We started this because we knew the trading side of things well. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby. It’s just a functional space where the work gets done. Sometimes the mall management has some event going on upstairs and we can hear the music. We just focus on our trading files and hope the internet stays fast. It’s a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but it’s a good spot once you get used to it.
