Nairs Super Speciality Eye Hospital

If you are looking for us, we are right there in Mihir Villa, Plot No 68. It is pretty easy to find since we are directly opposite the Newpanvel Masjid in Sector 4. We have been at this spot in New Panvel for a long time now. Most days start early with the sound of the neighborhood waking up. We focus on eyes, mostly because that is what we know best. People come in with blurry vision or itchy eyes, and we do our best to figure out why. It is not a very big place, but we have the equipment we need to do the job. The waiting area can get a bit tight when a whole family brings one person for a checkup. We see a lot of cataracts and people needing lasers. It is just a regular routine for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, which is just part of living here. We try to keep things simple for the patients. We don’t use big words that nobody understands. We just tell them what is wrong with their eyes and how to fix it. Being near the masjid means it is always a bit lively around here. We are just part of the local scene in Panvel. It is a lot of work but it feels right to be helping neighbors see better after all these years of work.
