Our shop is at Khondhwa Connection Point, specifically shops three and four in the New Era Society. We’re right on the Airport Exit Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of cars passing by all the time. We’ve got a good amount of frames on display, but the place isn't overly fancy. We spend most of our time helping people find glasses that actually fit their faces. It’s a lot of back and forth, trying on different pairs. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, so we're always cleaning the glass cases. We have a small back room for testing. It’s a practical space. We don’t use any big words or corporate talk here. We just show you what we have and tell you how long it will take to get your lenses ready. The staff has been here for a while, so we know the regulars who live in New Era Society. It’s a neighborhood business at its heart. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on people seeing us when they drive toward the airport or walk around the society. We keep it simple. If you need your glasses adjusted, you just walk in and we do it at the counter. It's a straightforward way to run things. We’re here most days from ten until eight.
