Naiknavare & Associates

This branch of Naiknavare & Associates is located out in Wagholi. We are inside the RMC Garden Complex, specifically in Supreme Aangan. You will find us in Flat G 204. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but Wagholi is growing fast. There is a lot of construction happening all around this area. Our office is basically an apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It makes things feel a bit more informal and comfortable. We have a small kitchen where we make tea. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local projects happening in this part of Pune. It is a different vibe than our other locations. It is quieter here, although the construction noise from the neighboring plots can be a bit much sometimes. We do not have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the G building in the complex. The security guard usually knows where we are. We are just a small team here. We handle the local inquiries and keep track of how things are moving along on the sites nearby. It is a lot of coordination. We are not fancy people. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People who live in the complex sometimes stop by to chat. It is a very local feel here in Wagholi.
