This place is out in At Post Adgaon in the Morshi tehsil, which is part of the Amravati district in Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you aren't from the local village area. Nagpur is the name on the door here. Life moves at a bit of a slower pace in Adgaon compared to the bigger cities nearby. Most of the work involves things related to the land and the local community. We spend our mornings getting things ready for whatever needs doing that day. The office is small and keeps the rain and sun off our heads. There isn't much in the way of air conditioning or modern gadgets, just the basics to keep things moving. We know most of the people who live around here by name. When someone stops by, it’s usually for something specific they need help with. The roads around Morshi can get a bit dusty in the summer months. We've been at this location for a long time. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have a website or any of those things. People just know where to find us in Adgaon. It’s a simple setup. We deal with the daily tasks as they come. It's honest work in a quiet part of Maharashtra, and that’s how we like it. We have been here for years and hope to stay for many more. Every season changes the view outside, but the work remains steady.
