We are based in Chinchwad, specifically at the Kashi Visheshwar Apartment in Keshav Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful, being C/O J.M. Pardeshi at Morya Gosavi Raj Park. We are in unit H-6. It’s a proper residential area, so it’s quite peaceful most of the time. The apartment isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few computers we use. We don’t have a big neon sign outside. You really have to look for the building name to find us. We’ve been operating from this Pune suburb for a good bit now. It feels more like a home office than anything else. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk when we need a break from the screens. We don't use any complicated business jargon here. We just handle the service requests as they come in. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait for the technician, just like everyone else. We keep our own schedules and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up. It’s a humble place, but it serves our needs perfectly. We value the fact that we are in a regular neighborhood instead of a busy commercial district. It keeps things simple and honest for us every day. We usually end our day by tidying up the small workspace.
