We are located in Flat No. B19 on the second floor of Indrolok App. It’s right near the Basuri Hotel on Pune Satara Road. If you know that area of Pune, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic. M+V Market Development Services Pvt.Ltd, which some people know as Maier + Vidorno Gmbh, is basically us working out of this apartment-turned-office. It’s not a big glass building. It’s more of a practical space where we sit and figure out how to help businesses grow. We have desks, computers, and a lot of tea. Sometimes the noise from the Pune Satara Road comes in through the windows, but we’re used to it. The 411030 pin code is our spot. We spend our days on calls or looking at data. It’s quiet work mostly, interrupted by the occasional office joke. We don’t have a flashy sign outside, just the name on the directory. We like it this way because it’s simple. Being near Basuri Hotel is handy for when we need to grab a quick lunch or meet someone. We aren't into big marketing pitches ourselves; we just do the research and the planning. It’s a small group of us here, and we just try to keep things organized. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but it feels like a real workplace. We just do our tasks and head home when the sun goes down.
