Our office is over in Mohite Township, specifically in unit B 601. It is located in the Anandnagar area, right off the Sinhagad Road here in Pune. We have been based in this apartment complex for a while now. Because it is an engineering setup, there are always blueprints and technical manuals lying around on every flat surface. It does not feel like a corporate office because it is basically a converted flat where we work. We have our computers and some testing gear set up in the main room. Working from Sinhagad Road is convenient because of all the shops and food places nearby, though the traffic can be a real headache during the morning and evening hours. We handle different engineering projects that come our way from different clients. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around the big wooden table discussing designs and looking at charts. It is a quiet way to work. We are not trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the math is right before anything gets built. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we can hear the sounds of the families in the township outside. It is a very local feel here. We know the security guards at the gate and the neighbors. It is not a fancy glass building, but it works for us.
