We operate out of E-504 in the Imperial Residence, which is located in Kalyani Nagar. Pune-6 is a well-known part of town, and being in an apartment complex like this makes for a different kind of work day. It is not your typical commercial office block. We share the building with families and other residents, so we try to keep things fairly quiet during the day. The space inside is basically just an apartment that we have turned into our workspace. We have some desks set up where there used to be a dining area. It is a bit unconventional, but it works for what we need. There is a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea during breaks. We do not have a lobby or a security guard at a front desk specifically for us. It feels more like a home-based business that just grew a little over time. Kalyani Nagar is a nice area with plenty of places to walk around when we need a break from the computer screens. We do not spend money on fancy branding or expensive furniture. We prefer to keep our overhead low and just focus on the actual work we have to do. It is a small team, so we all know each other very well. We handle our day-to-day operations with a minimum of fuss. It is a simple, honest way to run things in a busy city.
