The office is basically a flat that’s been converted. We have a few cabins and a main area where the staff sits. The balcony is where we usually go to take a break and look out at the street. It’s a bit dusty because of the roadwork nearby, but that’s Pune for you. We deal with a lot of clients, mostly through phone calls and emails. Every now and then someone drops by for a chat.
