Laxmikant Bind here. We are over at Ganesh Garden in Pune. It is in the A-Bldg, specifically flat B-11. The survey number is 55/7B if you are looking at the old records or maps. We are really close to the Bombay-Bangalore Highway, which makes things a bit noisy sometimes but it is easy for people to find us. Wadgaon Bk is where we have set up. It’s a busy part of the city. Usually, if you are coming from the highway, you just look for the Ganesh Garden complex. It’s not a fancy place, just where we work from every day. Being in B-11 means we are part of the daily life of this building. There are a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes the traffic near the highway gets a bit much, especially during the rush hours, but that is just how Pune is these days. We have been here for a bit now. Mr Laxmikant Bind is the name on the door. If you find yourself in the 411041 pin code area, you are pretty much in our neighborhood. The building has its own rhythm. It isn't a corporate office park or anything like that. It’s just a regular spot in Wadgaon Bk where things get done. We don't have big signs or anything, just the address. People usually call or just show up when they need to find Mr Laxmikant Bind. It works for us.
