Monster Com

Over at C301 Shi Dham in Pune, we’ve got our Monster Com office. It’s a nice enough spot in a building that sees a lot of activity. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve made the space our own. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running everywhere for the computers. We spend the bulk of our time looking at job market trends and helping people in the Pune area connect with employers. It’s a lot of screen time, which can be tiring, but we take breaks to look out the windows or grab a snack. The vibe at Shi Dham is pretty professional but we keep it casual inside our own doors. We aren't into the whole corporate ladder thing; we just want to make sure the work gets done and the users are happy. Sometimes the office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we have a few fans going to keep us cool. We talk a lot about football or movies while we work. It’s a very human environment. We don’t have any polished scripts for when we talk to people; we just tell it like it is. It’s a solid place to work where everyone puts in their hours and helps each other out. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the job market from this office, and we just keep adapting as things move forward.
