Modern Saloon

Modern Saloon is located right in the middle of Shivaji Nagar on J.M. Road. We are inside the Pride Plaza building, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you are around the Balgandarva area in Pune. Being on such a busy road means there is always something happening outside our windows. We have been here for a bit, serving people who work in the nearby offices or live around the 411005 pin code. It's a standard saloon setup where we handle haircuts, beard trims, and that kind of stuff. We don't try to be something we're not. It’s just a place to get cleaned up. The shop is small enough that it feels personal, and we get to know the regulars pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on J.M. Road, but once you're inside, it's just the sound of scissors and maybe some music or the news on the radio. People stop by after work or on their lunch breaks since we're so central. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long on those wooden chairs. It's not a high-end luxury place, just a reliable shop where the work gets done properly. We like being in this part of Pune because everything is so close by. If you’re heading towards Balgandarva, you’ll probably pass us. There's usually a bit of tea being shared and talk about the local cricket scores or the weather.
