Our place is in Chakan, right opposite Om Logistic Component. If you’re in the logistics business or live around here, you know Chakan is basically the heart of the industrial zone. It’s full of warehouses and big trucks moving around at all hours. We set up Mittal Logistic Pvt Ltd here because it just made sense to be where the action is. Our office is pretty basic. It’s a workspace designed for utility, not for showing off. We have a lot of clipboards, some computers, and a very large map of the roads around the area. Being opposite Om Logistic is the easiest way to tell people how to find us, as their sign is huge. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the construction and the trucks, so we are always cleaning the desks. The team is just a few of us who know the routes and the schedules. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just try to make sure things get from one point to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. Chakan can be a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to the heavy traffic, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation in the middle of a very busy and noisy industrial hub.
