We are located at Row House No 3, Plot No 61, Sector 16 in Mangalam Vihar. This is in the Chikhli Pradhikaran area of Pune, 411019. Mitcon Consultancy Services Ltd is based right here in this row house. It’s a bit different from your typical office building setup. Being in a row house gives the whole place a bit more of a homey feeling. We have our workspace on Plot No 61. Chikhli Pradhikaran is a growing part of Pune that we’ve come to like. It’s not nearly as congested as the city center, which is a nice change of pace. Sector 16 is a quiet neighborhood to work in. Mangalam Vihar stays peaceful most of the time. We’ve set up our equipment in the various rooms of the house. It works surprisingly well for us. Mitcon Consultancy Services Ltd has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep from getting too wild. The 411019 area is where we do all our thinking and planning. We aren't interested in being fancy or having a corporate lobby. All we need is a place to sit and do our jobs. The stairs can be a bit creaky, but that just adds character to the place. We spend our days here, dealing with whatever tasks come our way.
