We are Mitcon Consultancy Services Ltd Pune, based in D 504 Shubashri Residency here in Maharashtra. This part of Pune has changed a lot since we first arrived, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s a functional space where we handle all sorts of consultancy tasks. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we just focus on the work that needs finishing. You’ll find us mostly stuck in paperwork or on the phone. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of files piling up, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they need a bit of guidance on their business ideas or technical projects. We aren't interested in being some big, polished firm. We're just a group of people who know their way around consultancy and want to do a decent job. The residency is a good landmark, and most locals know the way. Sometimes the lifts are slow, or the rain makes it a bit messy outside, but that’s just life in Pune. We take things as they come and try to give honest answers to the people who ask for our help. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well so far. We keep our hours regular and just keep plugging away at the tasks on our desks.
