Minnano Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited operates out of Flat No 11 in Building B 1 of the Tarika Housing Society. We are located at Survey Number 120, Plot 20/40 in Pune 411029. It’s a typical society flat that we’ve converted into our workspace. Being in a housing society means it feels more like a home than a cold office. We have our computers set up in the main room and use the other space for meetings and filing. It’s a one-person company structure, but we often have people coming in to help with different things. The area around here is quite settled. We’ve got all the basic stuff we need within walking distance. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. You just come up to the flat like you’re visiting a friend. The work involves a lot of research and talking to people on the phone. We keep a simple schedule and don't try to overcomplicate our processes. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes the society is buzzing with activity. We just fit right in. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We are just here in building B 1, doing our consultancy work day by day. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We value being part of the local community here in Pune. Nothing more to it than that, really. We just try to be helpful and get our work done.
