Millennium Engineering Works

Our workshop is at S. No. 39, right along the Pune Solapur Bye Pass Highway in Kharadi. This area has changed so much since we first moved in. It used to be much quieter, but now the highway is always packed and the dust never seems to settle. We have a basic setup here where we do all our engineering work. It is a large open space with a few heavy machines bolted to the floor. We don’t have a fancy office or a lobby for guests. There are just some benches and our tool racks. We spend our days working on various engineering projects that come our way. Sometimes it’s repairs, and other times we are building something from scratch. The guys usually have their own favorite spots in the shop where they like to work. We have a small desk in the corner for keeping track of the jobs, but most of our time is spent on our feet. The traffic noise from the bypass is like background music to us now. We don't even notice it anymore. We get our supplies from local vendors and try to keep things simple. People know us in Kharadi for being at this spot for years. We aren't trying to grow into some huge corporation. We just want to do the work that comes in and do it right. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
