Milind Chorrge & Associates is based in Pune at 206/7 A Ganesh Nagar, in the Erandawane area. Erandawane is a central part of the city, and it is always full of activity. Our office is a modest setup where we get our daily work done. It is not the kind of place you see in movies with high-end furniture and art. It is a practical office with desks that have been used for years and chairs that are comfortable enough for a long day of work. We have a small team here. We all know each other well, which makes the work environment pretty relaxed. We don't have a formal dress code unless it is absolutely necessary for a meeting. Most of the time, we are just dressed in regular clothes, focused on our screens or documents. We get a lot of local clients who have heard about us through friends or family. We don't do any big promotions. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. The noise from the street is always there, but we have learned to tune it out. In the evenings, we usually close up and head out into the Pune traffic like everyone else. It is just a regular life for us, doing what we know how to do best in our little corner of Ganesh Nagar.
