You can find us at Dhanmai Plaza, which is right near the Amba Mata Mandir in Sukhsagar Nagar. The temple is the best way to find the building if you are new to the area. I can often hear the temple bells from inside the shop, which is a nice break from the sound of computer fans. The plaza itself is a busy spot with people coming and going all the time. My shop is fairly basic. I have a front counter for customers and a big workspace in the back. There are boxes piled up against the walls because I never seem to have enough storage for all the spare parts I keep. I like being in Sukhsagar Nagar; it’s a lively neighborhood. The shop floor is a bit worn down from people walking in, and I have a few old posters on the wall that have started to fade. I don't use a computer for everything; I still write some notes down in a physical diary. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. I try to stay on top of the repairs, but some jobs take longer than others. It’s a one-man show mostly, so I do everything from cleaning the windows to fixing the hardware. It’s a quiet, honest way to spend the day at Dhanmai Plaza.
