Mhalsa Industries

Mhalsa Industries is tucked away in Chikkamavalli, specifically on the 2nd Cross in the Chinchwad area. If you know the 4562 2 block, you know where we are. It’s an industrial kind of place, so it isn’t very quiet around here with all the work going on. We spend most of our time on the shop floor dealing with whatever orders have come in for the week. It’s a lot of grease and metal and loud machines, which is just how we like it. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things that last. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we have everything we need to get the job done right. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we all know how each other works without having to say much. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, someone just wipes their hands on a rag and picks up the line. Dealing with the heat in the workshop can be a struggle in the summer months, but we just drink plenty of water and keep the machines running. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we are all pretty tired, but it’s good to see the finished products lined up and ready to be shipped out.
