M.H.Al-Shaya Co

We are based out of the Pavan Housing Society here in Pune, Maharashtra. The pin code is 411033 if you are trying to find us on a map. Pune has grown so much lately, but our little spot in the housing society remains pretty much the same as it was years ago. It is a residential area mostly, so it is not like being in the middle of a loud commercial district. We have our office set up inside the society grounds. It is a regular place where we come every morning to handle the business of the day. There are trees around and you can hear the kids playing outside sometimes when school is out. We do not have a big sign outside or anything that screams for attention. It is just a quiet office where we manage our operations for M.H. Al-Shaya Co. Most of our work involves a lot of coordination and staying on top of the logistics. The rooms are filled with computers and piles of paper, much like any other office you would see in India. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with the emails. It is a decent place to work because it does not feel too corporate or stiff. We know the security guards at the gate and the people living nearby, which makes it feel like we are part of the community here. It is just a normal office in a normal neighborhood.
