Mersk

We are set up in the Mohan Aish Apartments in Chinchwad, Pune. It’s basically a home that we use as our main office space. We go by the name Mersk. It isn’t a massive corporate setup with hundreds of employees, just a small team of us working out of a residential unit. Being in Chinchwad is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the middle of Pune, though the traffic still gets us sometimes. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of computer equipment tucked into the rooms. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with magazines. If you come to the apartment, someone will just open the door and say hello. We spend most of our time dealing with logistics or whatever tasks are on the schedule for that day. It’s a bit informal here. We don’t really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear regular clothes and focus on getting the work done. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab food for everyone from the local stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. The Mohan Aish building is just a normal place, and we are just normal people doing our jobs. We keep things moving and don't make a big fuss about it. We’ve been in Chinchwad long enough to feel like part of the furniture.
