Meridian Play School

Meridian Play School is up on the 2nd Floor of the Bothra Building in Dhankawadi. It is a busy part of Pune, 411043. Being on the second floor means we have to keep a close eye on the kids near the stairs, but we have gates and everything. It is a play school, so it is usually quite loud with toddlers running around. We have different rooms for different activities, though they all end up looking the same with blocks and drawings everywhere. The building itself is a regular commercial one, so we share the space with other offices. It makes for an interesting mix of people in the hallway. We don't try to look like a corporate office. It is a place for children, so it is a bit messy and very colorful. We spend our time singing songs, telling stories, and making sure the kids are happy. Most of the parents work nearby or live just a few streets away. We know everyone's name and which kid belongs to which parent. It is a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the local kids have a safe place to be during the day. The Bothra building has been here for a long time so everyone knows it. We just rent the space on the second floor. We don't have any big plans to change things. We just like what we do here.
