Meghdeep Primary School

We started Meghdeep Primary School over here near Corintal Club on the Undri Bypass Road because kids in Mohamadwadi needed a place to go that wasn't too far away. Most days it is pretty loud with the younger ones running around the hallways before classes start. We try to keep things simple here. The teachers mostly live nearby so they walk or take a rickshaw in every morning. Pune has changed a lot lately but this corner of Mohamadwadi still feels like a neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We spend most of our time just making sure the kids learn their basic math and reading without too much fuss. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy but parents still drop their children off right at the gate. It's not a fancy place with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a regular school building where we do our work. We have a few classrooms and some desks that have seen better days but they serve the purpose. Most of the staff has been here for years now so we are like a small family. We don't really do much advertising or stuff like that because word of mouth usually fills up the seats. It gets busy during the admissions time but otherwise, we just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the kids are safe until their parents pick them up in the afternoon.
