The Tree House Education

The Tree House Education is over in Pimpri, specifically at the Manmandir Housing Society. This is where we focus on the local kids and their early learning. We have been in this spot for a while, and the housing society is a good, safe environment for what we do. The daily routine is pretty lively. We start early in the morning getting everything ready before the children arrive. There is always a lot of noise and energy, which is just part of the job when you work with little ones. Our space is filled with toys, books, and art supplies. It is not a polished corporate office. Things get a bit messy sometimes with paint or blocks scattered around, but that shows the kids are actually doing something. We spend a lot of time talking to parents when they drop off or pick up their children. It is important for them to know how the day went. We do not have a big management team or anything like that. It is just us teachers and assistants doing the day-to-day work. We follow a simple plan but we stay flexible because you never know what a group of kids will do. Pimpri is a busy area, but once you are inside the society, it is a lot calmer. We just try to provide a good, honest place for children to spend their day. It is hard work but seeing the kids learn something new makes it worth it.
