Maxnet Technologies

Maxnet Technologies is based in Pune, specifically at Flat No 26 in Sitarama Park. We are located behind Shahu Garden in Somwar Peth. It is an older part of the city, so the streets are narrow and full of character. Our office is on the fourth floor of the building, and there is no lift, so we all get plenty of exercise every day. We work on various tech projects, mostly sitting in front of screens for hours. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have visitors, but it is cozy in its own way. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—scooters buzzing by and vendors calling out. We are not a big, flashy tech company with bean bags and free snacks. We just have our computers and some old desks. We have been in this spot for a while and the landlord is a nice guy. Most of our work comes from local businesses who need some help with their systems. We do not have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. It is a simple, honest environment. We focus on solving problems and making sure our clients are satisfied with what we do. It is just how we operate here in Somwar Peth, without any extra drama or corporate overhead.
