Our shop is situated at Shop Number 12-Ab in Parmar Nagar, right on Telco Road in the Fatima Nagar area of Pune. We are directly opposite the Vishal Mega Mart, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. We handle a mix of mobile phone services and computer related tasks. It stays quite busy because of the location. Most of the time we are behind the counter checking out a phone that won't charge or a laptop that has a blue screen. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen Fatima Nagar grow quite a bit. The shop is filled with various accessories and parts needed for daily repairs. It’s not a quiet place, especially with the main road noise, but we are used to the buzz. People often drop off their devices while they go shopping across the street at the mart. We just work through the list of repairs as they come. It’s a small team of us here just doing the technical work. We don't use any fancy talk, just tell people what is wrong with their machine and how long it will take to fix. If you are in the Pune 411030 area, you've probably passed our sign many times. It’s just a regular local tech shop serving the community here. We spend our evenings closing up and organizing the components for the next morning's work.
