You can find our main operations over at the Gorwa Industrial Estate in Vadodara. We are located at number 124 near the Kothrud area, which is a busy spot for all sorts of industrial activities. The yard is usually full of materials and the sound of trucks coming and going. It’s a dusty place, as construction businesses often are, but it’s where all the real work happens. We have a small cabin that serves as the office where we keep the blueprints and the payroll files. The heat in Vadodara can be quite something in the summer months, so the fan in the office is always running at full speed. We’ve been operating out of this estate for a while, and we know most of the other business owners nearby. Our days are spent coordinating with sites and making sure the workers have what they need to keep moving. There is always a layer of cement dust on the windows, no matter how often we wipe them down. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't wear suits or sit in air-conditioned boardrooms. Most of the time, I’m out in the yard checking on the stocks of sand and bricks. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from early morning until late in the evening. The Gorwa area is perfect for us because of the easy access for the big lorries that come in and out every day.
