You’ll find us at Plot No. F 27. It’s a big space because the kind of equipment we deal with needs plenty of room. Maschio Gaspardo is a name people in the industry know, but here on the ground, we are just a team of folks making sure the machines are ready to go. The plot is usually humming with some kind of activity, whether it’s a delivery coming in or something being moved for a customer. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around in fancy boardrooms. Most of our work happens on the floor or near the loading docks. It’s a bit noisy and dusty at times, but that is the nature of working with heavy machinery. We have a routine that works for us, starting early and making sure we hit our marks by the end of the day. The people working here have a lot of experience and they don't need a manager hovering over them all the time. We trust each other to get the job done right. Plot F 27 has become a familiar place for many of our regulars who know they can just come by and see what’s in stock. We keep things pretty informal. If the gate is open, we are working. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the focus is always on the machines and getting them where they need to go.
