Our office is basically a flat, Number 403, in the 24K Glitterati complex over in Pimple Nilakh. It’s right near Midori Tower, so it’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Pune. We’ve set things up so it’s comfortable to work in, even if it’s technically a residential building. We have our computers and desks arranged in the main living area. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do at Marketwiz. We aren't big on formal hierarchies or anything fancy like that. Usually, you’ll find us just typing away or having a quick chat about a client’s request. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes the lift takes a while, or you hear the sounds of the neighborhood, but that’s just part of being here. We chose this location because it’s a nice area and easy for us to get to. We handle all the solutions and marketing support from here, mostly just by staying organized and keeping track of our lists. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We’re just here in 411027, doing our bit every day and making sure the bills get paid and the work gets finished. It is a simple setup for simple people who just want to do a good job on their projects.
