This branch of our work is located in Manik Baug, inside the Chandra Apartment building. We are in Flat No 9, which gives us a bit of a private space to get our designs finished. Being in an apartment means we have to be a bit careful about the noise so we don't bother the neighbors, but mostly our work is just quiet clicking on keyboards. The living room area is where we have set up most of the desks and monitors. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, especially with all the printers and extra gear we have lying around. We spend a lot of hours staring at technical drawings and trying to get the dimensions just right. Pune is a good city for this kind of work, and Manik Baug is a convenient enough location for us. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us because they already know where the building is. The kitchen area serves as our break room where we make coffee and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office, which I think helps us stay focused. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to take a break until it comes back up, which is just part of the deal. We are just a small team trying to make things work from a flat in Pune.
