Manthan Architect

We are Manthan Architect and we are based out of the Aundh G I D C Industrial Estate at number 12. Being in an industrial area means there is always some noise or construction happening nearby. It fits us because we spend our days thinking about how things are built. Our office is full of rolls of paper and pencils and samples of materials. It’s not the cleanest place because we are always working on something new. We have a small team here and we’ve been in Aundh for quite a bit. The traffic getting into the estate can be a bit much in the mornings, but once we are inside, it’s all about the drawings. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll find one of us hunched over a desk or looking at a computer screen. We take our work seriously but we don’t act like we’re better than anyone else. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking everything. Sometimes we go out to sites and get our shoes dirty, then come back and try to finish the blueprints before the sun goes down. We enjoy the process of seeing an idea turn into a real structure. We’ve worked on all sorts of local things around here. It’s honest work and we try to keep things practical for our clients without adding unnecessary costs.
