Our office for Mannovice Business Solutions Llp is over in Katraj, specifically in the Rich County complex. We’re in Flat A/903, so we are high enough to see over some of the local rooftops. Being near Aroha Garden is nice because we can see a bit of green from the windows, which is a rare thing in this part of the city. The area around S No 29/17 and 29/23 has grown a lot lately, and the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during peak hours. We usually try to get in early just to beat the worst of it. The apartment is converted into a workspace, so it has a kitchen and a bathroom like any other home. We use the living room area for our main desks and the smaller rooms for storage or private calls. It’s a quiet building for the most part, except for the occasional sound of kids playing in the garden or someone moving furniture upstairs. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small nameplate so people know they’re at the right place. It’s a relaxed environment and we don't wear suits or anything like that unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around the table with our laptops, trying to figure out the next steps for the projects we have on our plate. It is a simple setup but it works for us.
