Mangesh Bhandekar

This office is located in Erandwane, over in the MIDC H Block. We are on the first floor of Anant Apartment, specifically Flat No 2. It’s in that lane known for the Income Tax offices, so there’s always a lot of professionals moving around the Survey No 64 area. Mangesh Bhandekar is the name on the door. It’s a typical Pune office setup. We have the usual desks, some computers that are a few years old, and shelves filled with tax files and law books. The lane outside can get quite crowded with parked scooters, so finding a spot in the morning is always a bit of a challenge. The building is quiet enough once you get inside. We spend a lot of time going through documents and meeting with people who have questions about their filings. It’s not a flashy place with glass walls; it’s more about the paperwork and the quiet focus. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about the news or the weather. The light comes in through the balcony windows in the afternoon, which is nice. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we know the other people in the building pretty well. It’s just a regular professional workspace where we try to stay organized and keep the files from piling up too high. We hope the monsoon doesn't leak through the window frame this year.
