Malwadkar Architects

You can find Malwadkar Architects over at Bibwewadi Ishwarnagar Society, near Singalpur Char Rasta, Choksi Bazar 103. It is a bit of a long address, but most locals find us without too much trouble. We are right in the middle of the bustle of the bazar area. The office is usually full of the smell of coffee and paper. We do mostly residential work, helping people figure out how to use their plots of land. Every client has a different idea of what they want. Some want big balconies and others just want a sturdy roof. We spend our days drawing lines and calculating square footage. It gets hectic around the Singalpur Char Rasta, especially in the afternoons. We have a few drafting boards and some old computers that still work fine. It is not a shiny corporate office. It feels more like a workshop where things are actually being made. We go out to the sites often to see if the workers are following the sketches. Sometimes things don't go according to plan and we have to fix it on the spot. That is just part of being an architect in a place like this. We have been at Choksi Bazar 103 for a good while. People know they can just stop in and ask a question about their permits or materials. We just try to be helpful and get the walls up straight without any unnecessary delays.
