Malpani Associates

This version of Malpani Associates is based in Pune, specifically at C 13 on the 4th floor of Hill View Residency. We are located in the Baner area, which has changed a lot over the last few years. Our building is quite close to the Baner Food Bazar, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being on the 4th floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, though it’s mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. Baner is a fast-growing part of town, so there is always construction or new shops opening up nearby. Our office is a quiet spot compared to the noise of the main road. We have a small team here handling our daily associate work. It is a very simple setup with basic furniture and computers. We don't have any polished lobby or a professional greeting recorded on our phones. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We like the convenience of this location because everything we need is within walking distance. The residency is well-maintained, but our office feels lived-in. We have files stacked up and maps on the walls. It's a real working environment. We don't spend time on mission statements or corporate goals. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get through them before the evening traffic starts up. It works for us and our clients.
