Malai Coolcab Services

Malai Coolcab Services is based out of Warje Malwadi. Specifically, we are at 88/5B in the Sushila Smruti building, which is part of Ashok Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve lived and worked around here for a long time. The office is really just a small space in the building where we handle the bookings. Since we run coolcabs, we spend a lot of time talking about air conditioning and making sure the units in the cars are working right, especially when it gets hot outside. Ashok Nagar is a decent place to be because it’s not too far from the main hubs, but it’s quiet enough that we can actually get some work done. Sushila Smruti is easy to find if you know the Warje Malwadi area. We don’t go in for anything fancy or polished. The walls have some old calendars and maps pinned up, and there’s usually a radio playing in the background. We know most of the people on our street. It’s a very grounded kind of business. We deal with the day-to-day stuff like flat tires, oil changes, and scheduling shifts. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three phones ring at once, but we just take it one call at a time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep our cars running and our drivers busy. It’s a practical life and we’re happy with it here at 88/5B.
