Our office is based at 59 Bibwewadi Panmala, right near the Vrundavan Nursery on Sinhagad Road. It is a busy location because Sinhagad Road always has a lot of traffic moving through it. We have been running our taxi service from this spot for a good number of years now. Most of our time is spent on the phone, talking to drivers and making sure the cars are where they need to be. It is a lot of logistics and it can get quite stressful when the traffic is bad or a car breaks down. We just take it as it comes and try to fix the problems as they happen. The office isn't anything special. There are keys hanging on the walls and logbooks piled up on the desks. We drink a lot of tea and wait for the next call to come in. We aren't one of those big technology companies with billions of dollars. We are just a local team trying to provide a steady service for people who need to get around. The nursery nearby is a nice landmark and it makes the area look a bit greener. We know the city roads pretty well by now and our drivers have been with us for a long time. It is a practical, everyday business. We just focus on keeping the vehicles moving and making sure things run as smoothly as possible.
