You can find us at Saswad Tours & Travels in Sumeet Plaza, which is at 38 Bibvewadi on Jp Road. We are located right across from Hotel Darpan, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for people to find. Our office is not very big, but it’s where we handle all the bus bookings and travel plans for folks in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a long time, and the place is filled with old calendars, travel brochures, and various maps that have seen better days. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s just a room with some desks and chairs where we talk to customers about where they want to go. Jp Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside our front door. We spend a lot of our time on the phone checking schedules or talking to drivers. During the holiday seasons, it gets quite hectic and people are constantly coming in to ask about ticket prices. We don't have a website with fancy booking tools; we prefer to just talk to people and help them out directly. It’s a simple way of working, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of families in Bibvewadi over the years. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait if several people show up at once, but most folks don't mind. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everyone moving smoothly.
