Our office is in Kanchanganga Apartments, right on the Magarpatta Road in Hadapsar. We are quite close to the SBI Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a small room with a couple of desks and some old calendars on the wall. We spend most of our time talking to people about their travel plans or coordinating with our drivers. There is usually a pot of tea going and some newspapers lying around for anyone who is waiting. We handle a lot of local trips and sometimes longer journeys out of Pune. The phone rings a lot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to figure out their schedules. It isn't a very formal place; we just sit and talk through the routes and the timing. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when a few drivers come in at once, but we make it work. Outside, the road is always busy with traffic going towards the IT parks, so it's a noisy neighborhood. We don't have any flashy advertisements in the window. People mostly hear about us from their friends or neighbors who have used our cars before. We just try to keep the vehicles running and get people where they need to go on time. It’s a basic business, run by people who know the roads around here pretty well. We stay open until late evening most days.
